Unvested Equity Walk-Away and Make-Whole Schedule

Enter your current grants (grant date, type, units, vesting schedule and a value you set for each) and up to six candidate departure dates. The workbook shows the units and entered value you would forfeit on each date, plus any unpaid bonus cycle you add. It pairs each forfeited tranche with a replacement date in a make-whole request schedule and shows the gap by year against a new offer's sign-on and replacement grants. It does no option pricing, intrinsic-value or tax calculation, and it contains no benchmark, default or market figure: every number in it is your own.
